Arizona Targets Unlicensed Gambling Platforms Amid Nationwide Crackdown

The Arizona Department of Gaming (ADG) has taken action against four online gambling platforms it says are operating in the state without proper licensure, warning that unregulated sites pose serious risks to consumers.

According to the ADG, these sites were offering access to sweepstakes and other gambling-style products in violation of Arizona’s laws. All four operators have been instructed to cease operations in the state immediately.

In its statement, the ADG cautioned that engaging with unlicensed gambling websites may expose consumers to identity theft, financial fraud, and personal data breaches. The regulator urged residents to play only on platforms that are fully licensed and regulated by the state..
